Father and Daughter

The bond between father and daughter happens instantly, starting right at birth,
When a father first lays eyes on his little girl he loves her more than anything on this earth,
When a daughter grows older her father is the first man she will love,
And the last one her father will have trouble letting go of,
In her eyes he is the closest thing to God, in her eyes he is a King,
To her father she means the world, she means everything.
When a daughter grows up to be an adult and mature,
Her father will always be there anytime she still needs dad to help her,
To give her advice or just-for anything she will ever need,
The bond between father and daughter is the most important bond indeed,
It cannot be broken when she finds a man, and become his wife,
It cannot be broken even in the ending of either ones life,
A daughter will always have the memories of her father, her best friend
This bond has a beginning, but there is never an end.
The bond between a father and daughter is so profound
The love shared is well renowned,
From the begining of his daughters life, he is a changed man,
At that moment his life really just began.
From the moment their eyes meet,
two souls instantly become complete.

A Ring

Its a symbol of everlasting love
A symbol of forces bigger than us from up above.
Ones undying commitment & trust in another
A special bond that never gives up hope or faith in the other
We wear it show our loyalty and to let others know we are taken.
This little band with a huge message thats never ment to be forsaken.
Its a kiss or a hug at the end of a long day
Its a sympathetic heart when there is no longer anything to say.
Its a standard that has come unglued in the previous years,
A word taken to loosely- a huge commitment taken so lightly it now appears
But for the lucky few, we take this commitment very serious
We know everything about our partner-nothing is held in or mysterious.
We care for our "better half" in ways we never thought we could
Dream big things together-things we never thought we would
We are in fact better with our other half
They are what make life worth it-the things that make us smile & laugh.
In a cold world, its nice to be able to look down
and remember that special day in your tux or wedding gown.
Its amazing what a gold band on your left index finger can mean
Its not really about the beginning or end-its about all the memories in between.

Friendships Ending
Sadly we mourn the relationships we have as friends
Once they are gone, sometimes theres no hope of making amends
Friendship, once gone, is much like mourning a death
Leaving you feeling empty once it takes it last breath
Remembering the memories- happy and sad
Remembering the memories-both wonderous and bad.
Wishing there were something you could do
Wishing somehow that you knew.
Something gone but never to be lost of left behind
Something that we hope we can one day find
Sometimes you can leave the rain and bathe in the sun.
Unlike death, sometimes, friendships can be re-done.
Dont go down without at least trying
Nothing deserves death or dying.
